Now in its sixth year, Southend Arts Festival showcases the freshest talent and established names, across art, music, film, literature and performance, offering something for everyone. You can even get a Festival Milkshake from Shake It (in the High Street)!

The Festival runs in June with dozens of events across Southend Theatres, Leigh Arts Trail, Leigh Film Society, Leigh Folk Festival, Southend Radio, Southend Museums, Chinnery’s, The Royal Hotel, South East Essex College and other partners.

Organised by South East Essex College to celebrate Southend as the creative hub of the Thames Gateway, the Festival is sponsored by HSBC and Renaissance Southend.
